This document is to legally by a car in Bogota. It is an organized place, clean. Looks like it is going to be ok.
I came here by car. Use Google maps to get here. However,  something I have to learn is that I need to look for a parking place ipo the place itself. Because I miss the parking place I had to drive additional 15 minutes to get here.

The information line is slow. Eventhou there are two women in the info spit, just one is attending.
